Babygirl turned 9 months on Wednesday. For some reason, it seems like time goes by faster when you're not pregnant - at least for me. Although she hasn't taken the 'plunge' yet, I know her first steps are days away. She has mastered climbing though and even escapes out of the chair she is pictured in. My very own Houdini. She is my fearless one; too smart for her own good. And at least every other day we are taking something else (generally paper or leaves) out of her mouth. Don't ask me where she finds them, I think her eyes are magnifying glasses!
Littlesoldierboy had a milestone of his own. He went to his first school dance...with a girl! I'm so not ready for the dating years. I'm not ready. I need more time...He isn't forthcoming with the details - always has been difficult to get things out of this kid! What I do know is that he had a good time, meet up with her and his friends, and even had a dance with her...here's hoping that it was the last for a while, although I tend to think the opposite...pray for me =)
